Understanding fan relationships
Our global client wanted to disseminate a survey among users of their platform in order to understand the relationships between artists and their fans in 7 markets (Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Sweden, UK, US).
AudienceNet was commissioned to design, translate and script the survey. The survey was successfully deployed and the insights generated are used to inform ongoing company strategy and decision making.
We designed a 15-minute online survey, incorporating metrics to measure the various relationships between artists and fans, and using existing user data, for example by piping in the names of top artists listened to. It was then translated into Brazilian Portuguese, Mexican Spanish and Swedish. We fully supported the client throughout the deployment of the survey and oversaw a pilot phase including data quality checks in each market.
